These terms apply when you request a quote or book services with Maawa Home Care (“Maawa”). By using this website or engaging us, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are fixed and transparent, based on the information and photos you provide. If the scope on site differs materially from what was described, we will agree any change with you in writing before proceeding — no surprise costs.
Scheduling and access
We schedule work around your handover date. You are responsible for arranging property access, and any building move-out permits or NOCs where the community requires them; we can help coordinate these.
Our guarantee
Our Inspection-Ready Guarantee means that if a landlord flags a point we restored, we return and correct it before handover.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote.
Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited as set out here and by applicable UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
