Maawa began with a pattern we kept seeing across the UAE. A ceiling stains after rain, someone coats the roof or regrouts the shower, and the stain is back the next season.
The problem was rarely the product. It was a guess about the cause, a drain or upstand left undetailed, and no test to prove the repair before anyone went home.
So we built a company around one outcome: water stays out, for good. Not a general maintenance service — a waterproofing specialist that finds the source, builds the full system and proves it with a flood test.
Today we waterproof villas, apartments, buildings, podiums, car parks and warehouses across Dubai and Sharjah — roofs, bathrooms, terraces, pools, water tanks and basements.
