We built Maawa to stop tenants losing their deposits

Maawa began with a pattern we kept seeing across Dubai. Tenants would move out, leave the apartment “clean enough”, and lose thousands from their deposit at the final inspection.

The deductions were rarely about big damage. They were scuffed walls, an un-serviced AC, blackened silicone, a chipped tile — small points, charged at premium restoration rates.

So we built a brand around the outcome tenants actually care about: getting the full deposit back. Not a general trade service — a restoration specialist that knows exactly what a Dubai landlord inspects.

Today we restore apartments, villas and offices to handover condition across Dubai — handling the Ejari and DEWA admin, the chiller-AC handover, and the make-good, so the walkthrough passes and the deposit comes back.
